It is good to see the interest on this site. Not sure if I have posted here before....I cruise a lot of sites and add messages to the ones where my words may help.
Keep up the Linux work and one day windows will feel the pain.
I have been using Linux for a few years now and have it deployed at several client sights. All the Linux boxes I take care of cause less grief put together than do any of the windows machines.
Thanks linuxquestions.org for a good meeting place for tuxheads!
Thank you for this excellent site. We have been x windows users 80%, since Jan 2003.
Our first encounter with the Linux community was with OS news, and not a pleasant experience, however the people at the Lindows, Xandros and here have been very helpful.

Seriously Cyclops, are you going to greet every single member who posts with the same message except for changing their name in your post? Why don't you just create a thread that will apply to every member from this point on or something.
I'm not trying to be rude or inconsiderate, but I find it a little unecessary really. I know you mean well, but at least if your going to respond to every single post in this subforum, try to make it different to each member.
Hi, TK - you'd better reread the posts. Most of them are different in some way besides the name. The point was to make new members feel welcome. That should be one of your jobs as a board mod, so I'll leave it to you. Thanks!
BTW - I only responded to the posts where nobody else responded.

All new members are welcome as always, but that doesn't mean I'm going to post to every single one that doesn't have a response. This is more like a get to know the member thread, so there's no reason to respond to each one though.
Just my opinion.
Welcome all New Members!
There is my welcome to everyone who has already joined and all future members.
