Fresh Meat!
 
Well, I took the great leap and configured an old laptop (Compaq Evo 600c) to Linux SuSE 9.0. So far, I'm impressed. But, right now, I'm still at the "fidling with the knobs" stage. I've managed to get a lot of things going simply by brute force and the braille method. Next step: THE MODEM!
