Failed mint install from usb
Hello
Only days ago started looking into Linux, I thought I'd at least accrued enough info to load it so I could begin transition from Windows. Hoping I could find some help on this newbie site. Which I'm fully qualified to join. Thanks
Downloaded mint 18.3, used etcher to flash a 16 g USB. Proceeded to bios and set boot from USB on formatted 250g see drive. Starts install then stalls with following error message
ACP I Error: Method parse/execution error. [DSSP] Namespace Lookup Failure
Home built PC I7 4.3 CPU, Nvidia 970 4g, asus motherboard, 16G DDR 3, ssd 250G drive
