Debian does Dallas

I used a bit of UNIX during my college days but have forgotten many of my commands! I picked up Linux about month ago and tried several distros; I eventually settled on Debian for its ease of installation (read: user-friendly).

After much consternation and Googling, I managed to get my box up and running. My box is doing web/e-mail/FTP/Samba (Windows file sharing) servers and I have placed Yet Another Linux Installation Guide on my personal website (prestridge dot org, since the powers-that-be on this board won't allow me to post a link just yet). My HOWTO is geared very much toward the neophyte.

There isn't much more to tell, but I hope to glean a few things on this board and to leave a few pearls for others.
