cannot start a virtual machine in Linux Uma.
I follow the rules of Jarret B - 27 Sept. 2021 - Android 9 on Linux.
The V-M will not start.
VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX)

Used synaptic package manager for APTDEAMON to reinstall - NO RESULTS.
