BOOT


Hello,
I instaled in two computers linux via memory stick.I want to instal in another computer, but here in Bios i didn't find USB: please find below my BIOS page:
Boot Configuration
Full screen Logo ------------ [Enabled]

Express Gate ---------------- [Enabled]

Boot Option Priorities
Boot Option #1--------------- [SATA PM: OCZ-VERT ...]

Hard Drive BBS Priorities

Kindly ask you to help me, thanks in advance.

Nobody here can help you.

Why?

Because you provide no useful information. Try telling us the make and model of the computer you're trying to install on, how old it is? Have you updated the BIOS to the manufacturers latest? What linux distribution you're trying to install.

The computer is Asus - eep 10 inch . I only want to know how to add USB sequence in the bios.

Power off your computer (the one having problems to boot from USB)
Plug the USB device on one USB port. ...
Power on the netbook.
Hit the ESC key.
The USB device should appear as a possible boot device. ...
If everything was right, your computer should be booting from the live USB device.

Thank you so much, I could boot but there is a problem, below i will write the message, here it is:
"This kernel requires an x86-64 CPU, but only detected an i686 CPU. Unable to boot - Please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU.

what Linux distro are you trying to boot? Some distros are only 64 bit. You need a 32bit iso/distro to boot.

32-bit support is waning, but https://ubuntu-mate.org/download/ has a 32-bit version available.
