I am new here....so plesae bear with me. I got both the above after the guy in the 3 Store said ohh yes the dongles are compatible with all newbooks. Wrong answer. Their customer service has told me they are not. Please is there anyway I can activate this or does anyone know which mobile internet provider it may be compatible with. Thank you.

You need to be more clear about the hardware. I think the netbook is bluetooth capable.

plug in anything and post the output of

#lspci -vvv

or

#lspci
