A brief introduction
Hello everyone,
We've been using Linux at home now since 2003. I'm the main technical person in our household and so I'm the one who deals with problems.
Generally I find that problems with Linux last either 3 seconds or 3 months. Many things work immediately but some are a bit of a struggle. When I'm struggling it's usually with something that works fine on Windows, but isn't so well supported on Linux. What I've noticed over the years is that support on Linux seems to be improving with every release, so I think the future is optimistic.
Occasionally I still need help - which is why I'm here!
