WPC11 v4 Walkthrough

I'm using Debian Sarge under the 2.4.26 kernel and am very new to Linux. I have looked at other threads but have no idea where to start.

Will someone help me through a complete walkthrough installation with the WPC11 v4.

I want to avoid ndiswrapper if possible...

Please include exact details (urls,...etc)

Not using ndiswrapper will require you to either downgrade to kernel 2.4.21 or below for the realtek native drivers, or pay to use the linuxant driverloader. Ndiswrapper takes less time to get set up than either of them and is free and supports the latest kernel.
