Wireless Tutorial

First of all, I want to thank the Linux Questions community. You guys have been REALLY helpful in helping me get my wireless up and running. I have read the man pages of iwconfig and iwlist (all iw* tools) and I have read generally about how to use them in the Fedora book I bought when I first got into linux. However, does anyone know of a really good tutorial explaining the commands, how to use them, how the linux process of connecting to a router compares to the M$ method.
