Wireless Network Card Problem!
I have a usr11g wireless networking PCI card and a WMP54GV2 wireless network card and I was wondering how I could connect either of these and go on the net (I would prefer to use the USR11g.) So anyone able to help me?

I am using Ubuntu 5.1 btw!

You'll probably want to read up on ndiswrapper if you haven't already. Ndiswrapper uses the windows driver to work with Linux. If you search LQ, you'll find lots of threads on the topic.

I need a tutorial, I have no idea how to work it.

You need to install ndiswrapper, then install the XP driver for your device.

The process for doing this is in the ndiswrapper documentation which can be accessed here.

You need to read the installation instructions which will guide you through the installation of ndiswrapper and the installation of the driver and the module loading.

Then it is a matter of using iwconfig from the command line or a gui program of your choice depending on your system.

Then you could ask direct questions that would be easily answered. Your request as it is is too broad to get a good answer.

Be sure to state what you have done and the problem you are facing.
