wireless drops frequently


Hello,
i was checking lots of forums but couldn't solve my problem, so want to consult with experts

my wireless disconnects frequently, on battery more frequent, on a/c less frequent, maybe every hour or every two hours. and it doesnt work to disable wireless signal and enable again, the only thing helps is to restart my laptop. then connection is back.

the laptop is new... I am using linux 17 cinnamon rebecca. any of your help will be very appreciated! i am getting very frustrated

in this post it is said do not preferable install 3.16.x kernel on linux mint 17.1 (https://sites.google.com/site/easyli...cinnamon-first)
I am upgrading to newer kernel, from 13.13.0-46 to 13.13.0-48. and the drivers, which is the new driver i need to install? this one: rtl8723be/hw.c (???)

I am sorry, I am really not familiar with softwere fixing problems...
