Wireless DHCP and encryption not working on RedHat 9.0

Just got my Redhat 9.0 installed and spent 8 hours trying to set up my Netgear MA301/MA401 combo working on it. The problem I'm having is that I have to run the scripts manually everytime i boot for the box to recognize the wireless card. Secondly, I cant get DHCP to work and have to disable encryption on the router to even make it work.

The commands i use are

>modprobe orinoco_plx
>iwconfig eth0 essid MyEssId
>iwconfig eth0 up <-- do i need this??
>iwconfig eth0 enc 1A2B3C4D5E <-- not used since enc is disabled

After line 3 i can surf and get on the internet, etc.

I would like to tie the adapter to DHCP. I tried using dhclient but it doesnt seem to work. Secondly, I need to know how to enable encryption with multiple keys and a default key.

Thanks in advance
