wireless card is not at full speed
 
hi everybody ,
i am newbie in Linux world , recently i installed Fedora 8 64 bit in my laptop. firstly everything is working fine expect my BroadCom wireless network card . after lots R&D and supports of linux BigBros. I am able to access my wireless network . now the problem is that my network manger is showing network speed only 1Mbps . while when i am using windowsXP in same laptop (i have dual boot WindowsXp/Fedora 8 64bit)is working at 54Mbps. now please guide me how to increase my wireless network speed.
and one more problem sometime when i tried to get my network information it show following error .
Error displaying connection information:

Could not find some required resources (the glade file)!

Do not use the bcm43xx driver, blacklist it and use ndiswrapper and the Windows XP driver. You will find many threads on this subject here, search the Fedora forum;
