Wifi problem on Dell inspiron 1525 on Red Hat 5


Hello guys
I am an newbie to Red Hat
I had downloaded Broadcom STA wifi driver from broadcom site
I had made the wl.ko file as instructed in the read me file
Now to modrobe the lib80211 I write

$ modprobe lib80211

Than an error message of not founding that appears.
What should i do
Thanx in advance.

Did you install the driver and run depmod? It might find it then

Try also

cd /lib/modules && find -name 'lib80211*'
