Question Wifi Captive Portal + billing enquiry

Hi everyone,
I am looking for an open source WiFi captive portal system with a billing module included, for either debian/ubuntu, or other distro. I have been looking on google, and havent had much luck yet, most are just routers that are powered by DD-WRT, however i wish to run it from a linux box. If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated
