what is Mozilla %u stands for?

Actually I need to start my browser when my computer starts. I have succeded to make it startup, by typing "mozilla www.site.com" at the preferences>session>startup. But I want it to start one more browser that is "mozilla www.google.com".

The result I have is it ended up only starting one of it. I think it is becoz it opens it at the same window replacing the first one. How can I set them to open in different windows.

Thanks
