This might help. I am not familiar with that model number. Is it usb or pcmcia?
If it uses prism54 drivers then check out http://prism54.org . They are making big changes. They might be able to help you. Email them for help.

Post output of the followning commands. Requires root access?
/sbin/cardctl status
/sbin/cardctl ident
/sbin/cardctl info

If all else fails look into using ndiswrapper
