Want to know if it is possible to connect to... (apple air station)

I'm in a tech class at my High School and they realy want to know if linux can connect to a apple air station... I kinda knew you could, but then again I didn't have hard evidence. This is not some quiz on how good linux is, (actualy kinda) but they want to use it, for lots of stuff, but mainly a web server. So if anyone can give me a good program that usualy ships with most linux distros and a link to where I could learn to use it, and what the other things to know about it, that would be great. Thanx in advance.

I don't know if this helps you as "proof" but I "accidentally" drifted of onto a Apple wireless network at a friends house and used it for some time with my Proxim Orinoco,
it seemed that it reacted just like a normal access point

Hope I didnt misunderstand you and it helps

I think thats the answer I was looking for, I don't know realy though, because the class that I help in wanted something to do with the little guy that was foreign to me. Or maybe you just answered itl I'm in my first period, when I get to my second one I'll ask them. Thanx though. "An" answer is better then NO answer.
