VMWare and NdisWrapper Causing Network wide DHCP problem?

Everyone on our subnet at work was having an IP address conflict with another computer on the network. It was traced back to my PC running Mandriva Linux host O/S with Windows 2000 Guest O/S running VMWare Player using Bridged Networking. The conflict everyone had was with my wlan0 wireless card MAC address, which did NOT have an IP address. They saw that I had two IP addresses through eth0 registed with DHCP (for the host and guest O/S's) with some corruption on the DHCP server with the MAC address of my wireless card. I basically disabled NdisWrapper and the problem seemed to not recur. Any thoughts?
