VIA USB wireless driver failed in Fedora 7

In my internal test ,if usb wireless device were not unplugged after "rmmod"module, go on executing command of “insmod “,then it would be failed, and at this time ,track debug info at the driver layer ,I found in these three transfer endpoint (control pipe, interrupt pipe and bulk pipe) ,control pipe is ok ,but interrupt and bulk are all abnormal(error status is -71) ,I’ve checked the other formal released fedora core(fedora 6,fedora5,fedora 4) and upgraded kernel from 2.6.15 ,has not this is there anybody known if there is some change of USB host controller
different from the previous version?thanks a lot!!!!
