Unable to add network interface under Ubuntu 5.10

Hello, I am attempting to get my WUSB54G Linksys Wireless adapter to work under Breezy Badger Ubuntu. I have gotten it to work through Ndiswrapper, and it says that the hardware is plugged in in the ndiswraper GUI.
My problem lies in configuring the wireless network interface. I clicked on the 'configure network' button in the Ndiswrappergui, and it opened the normal Network Config window. I saw no way to configure a new interface, an 'Add' button perhaps? But there was none. I opened the built-in help program, and it showed a Network config that was much different from any that I could find on my machine.

I have looked extensively on Google, and found only one relevant page. It was someone on a bbs asking this same question, but no one ever answered him.
