Ubuntu Dapper - bcm43xx problem

Hi there,

I just moved to Dapper last week and through some difficulties I could get it run almost fully ok. But I do get some problems with my wireless connection. I have an ASUS WL-100g pcmcia card with an Broadcom 4320 chipset. I have been using ndiswrapper to get it work I haven't had problems with it. As I upgraded the system I saw that the new kernel (I am using 2.6.15.17) supports natively the bcm43xx drivers although there were some problems with the firmware. Therefore I used fwcutter to get the firmware from my windows drivers .sys. Before that I removed the windows drivers from ndiswrapper in order to avoid conflict and now ndiswrapper has no driver installed.
After that I plug the card and the led started to work, but I can not connect to my AP through dhclient even I can see it through iwlist. Does anyone have any idea why?

Well, I could, finally make it work. ()\\/
Unfortunately I have not payed much attention to the iwconfig message  but finally i could understand what was going wrong.
So i did this passages (hope helps)

iwconfig eth1 ap any
iwconfig eth1 esseid any
iwconfig eth1 mode managed
dhclient eth1

and promptly i got a valid ip address.

thnx you all
