SuSe 9.1 and DWL-650 plus match not made in heaven

Well, I'm completely new to the Linux community, so hello everyone in the Linux world. Anyway, the box read "easy to install, works with many hardware configurations", yadda, yadda. I installed it, but I now no longer have internet access with my wireless card. Wouldn't it be great if these hardware manufactures made these threads obsolete... yet here I am. I am looking forward to a wonderful relationship with my new OS, and the community as a whole regardless. Can anyone help me get my DWL-650 plus and SuSe 9.1 to work things out? Thank you.

As D-Link used several different chipsets with the same model of card, the first step is to figure out what revision you have. I have one running the Prism54 driver (http://www.prism54.org). You may or may not have the same revision.
Check your version and compare it to the list on the page below to see if it is there. If it is simply follow the directions on the site for driver installation.
