Somw security on wifi network

Hi,

I just set up a small wireless network : 1 Rooter Wireless Netgear WGR614 54 Mbds - 3 computers. The first (A) on Mandrake 10.0 with a wireless NetGear WG511 card, the second (B) on Fedora FC2 with a NetGear W511, the third (C) on Mandrake 10.0 with an Ethernet/Cable card. The last one is going to be a server for printing purpose or else. I have two problems:

1) All computers connect well to the internet. The server (C) recognize (ping) the two computers. From (A) I can ping (B) and from (B), (A). But from (A) and (B) I can't connect the server. The firewall on the server has been disabled.

2) The second problem is related to Security . I would like to setup some security on the wifi with WEP (I know it is not perfect but it seemed simple to setup). I entered a passphrase on the NETGEAR router which generated a 168 bit key. I copied this key on the wifi configuration panel of each computer, but I lost the connection to the rooter.

I tried the key as is, with 0x in the begining (as specified on Fedora) with no success. I think the second problem should be easy to solve but...I googled a lot but didn't find a clear page saying how to dot it.

Some help would be appreciated.

Gerard

2) You can manually set it with iwconfig. I don't know the exact code but:
Code:
iwconfig --help
should tell it.

Can you ping to the And btw what do you want do on the server cause you might need extra programs if you'd like to share things for example.
