slackware intel wireless configuration

Hi evereone,

How can I configure my rc.wireless.conf with wep encryption and use key[2] of my wrt54g router.
Now I use:

KEY="my_key restricted"

first I start ./rc.inet1 eth1_start with first key line commented then comment second line and start again and now I have success.

How to configure to rc.wireless.conf ? I want system automaticly connect to wifi network.

Looking for your answer !

Just configure rc.init1.conf and rc.wireless to correct values and it should work. Atleast it works with my server.

If your passphrase is in ASCII then you need to put the KEY line as follows:
KEY="s:my_key restricted"

I forgot to do that so it didn't work.

I had a similar thread a while ago so check it out
