i have a 2.4 GHz linksys router with wireless and a PC card for my dell notebook. i have used this previously with a xp install. and i want to use my notebook wirelessly with linux. i have no previous experience with setting up wireless with linux. please help
You'll need to post more details about your card if anyone is going to be able to help. At a minimum you need to tell use make/model and if possible chipset. Have a look at the output of lspci if it is a pci card.
