RTL8180 and adsl setup problem

Hello all,
this is my first thread :) I have been trying to find answer on my question everywhere but nothing :( So, here is a problem.
i have server machine linux SuSe 8.2 with kernel 2.4.20-4GB. On that computer i have one ethernet card (eth0) wich is connected to my switch, one wireless card with prism2.5 chip (wlan0) and one more wireless card (wlan1 ) and that is with rtl8180 chip.
first problem ) i succeded to bring up wlan1 with some old drivers (1.1)
and the resluts are:

******** RTL8180 Wireless Lan Driver Version 1.1 <2003-05-22> loaded********
PCI: Found IRQ 9 for device 00:0c.0
PCI: Sharing IRQ 9 with 00:04.2

RTL8180: CSMethod = RCR_EnCS1
RTL8180: wlan driver loaded. ioaddr=0xf800, irq=9, MAC_addr=0:50:fc:53:18:2

when i tried with some new drivers, with changing all the parameters in "Makefile"...i always get some error in file r8180_type.h
i tried with 1.4 and 1.5 version of drivers...
when i normaly set up this card with old drivers i cant write any ssid or channel.. nothing changes !

second problem) with this wlan1 i would like to connect to the internet...and all of my computers in the lan to be connected too. i have tried adsl-setup and when it asks me for interface i write wlan1. Then he cant find any adsl modem on wlan1 (normaly?!? :) ) and he goes on. after that i input everything else and write the command "adsl-start" ... After some time it says "TIMED OUT ". How should i connect to internet via my wlan1 interface ?

Thnx a lot !
