Unhappy PROXIM 802.11b Harmony PCMCIA HELP


I posted this in laptops but i dont think im going to get a reply:

ok, so i have a wireless router all ready to go. It works with my SMC card in windows but now i have this card

and no matter what i do i cant get it to work for me in vector linux. Heres some more information you might need to give me a hand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
