Unhappy Problem with my wireless card on BackTrack 4 Final on VMware

hello, im new in linux i have a virtual backtrack 4 on vmware but, it doesn't recognize my wireless card, i dont know if is a problem of the VMware cause i have a Virtual Ubuntu also and the wireless card works fine
i have a intel wireless wifi link 4965agn

The whole point of a virtual machine is that the guest OS never sees the real hardware. The virtual ethernet card in VMware isn't a wireless one, so you can't use wireless features. However, the guest OS should be able to recognize the virtual ethernet card. If the guest isn't seeing the card, you might try installing the VMware tools.

if you want to use wireless feature on vmware then use usb wifi device
vmware didn't recognize in build wifi card
