Prism 2.5 Wavelan not Activating!

Hi, I'm running Fedora Core 2 with all the latest updates, and I just can't seem to get my wireless card to work! In windows, when the wireless card has power, an LED light on my laptop (it is an internal card) lights up. In Fedora, I just can't seem to get the wireless card to light that light up. I don't know if power is the issue, but every time I try to activate the wireless connection in the Network tool, here are the errors I get:

Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
SET failed on device eth1 ; Invalid argument.
Error for wireless request "Set Frequency" (8B04) :
SET failed on device eth1 ; Operation not supported.

Determining IP information for eth1...

And then it just sits there forever until I cancel the activation. It is set on Auto mode with DHCP determining IP address and such. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Vince

OK, lets make sure that your card is seen by the system. Please post the outputs of ifconfig and iwconfig. With the iwconfig output, check to see if the settings like ESSID and WEP are correct for your access point.
