Exclamation nocatauth not accepting requests on port 80

NoCatAuth will not accept connections over port 80. Mozilla says cannot connect to 192.168.0.1(my router). After I run the gateway nothing is running on port 80 even in open mode.
Here's my gateway configuration.

GatewayName bluebaron secure wireless
GatewayMode Open
HomePage http://bluebaron.ca
DocumentRoot /usr/local/nocat/gw/htdocs
SplashForm splash.html
StatusForm status.html
TrustedGroups Any
AuthServiceAddr 192.168.0.1
AuthServiceURL https://$AuthServiceAddr/cgi-bin/login
LogoutURL https://$AuthServiceAddr/logout.html
ExternalDevice eth0
InternalDevice eth1
LocalNetwork 192.168.0.0/24

i have no idea why this isn't working, neither does anyone
