Network Config Tool *neat* and Mandrake 9.2 comparable?

I'm doing a wireless network configuration
procedure. The procedure calls for using
*neat* which a RH 9.0 tool.

I am running Mandrake 9.2 and would like to
activate a wireless card (Orinoco Silver)
using the comparable *neat* tool which in
Mandrake I think is in Mandrake Control Center
under Networking->?

Do you know if there is a way in Mandrake to
activate a wireless card?

I have been to all the wlan documents.
