Question netgear wlan card irq conflict

hi there.

i'm running gentoo linux on a compaq nx9005 notebook.

on boot i get the following error:

Code:
 * Starting pcmcia...
cardmgr[3746]: watching 2 sockets [ ok ]
 * Bringing up eth0 up
Disabling IRQ #11
 * Failed to bring eth0 up [ !! ]
when i disable eth0 i see the pcmcia card in iwconfig, but when typing
Code:
ifconfig eth1 up
i get the same error message (Disabling IRQ #11)...

how can i check my IRQs to solve the problem?
