Netgear MA401

I have dont a lot of research to find a wifi card that will work with linux out of the box, and I think that it is the Netgear MA401. Now I have heard that there are 2 versons of this, the MA401 and the MA401RA. Could you tell me which one is compatable with linux? or post if you have one or the other and tell me if it works very easely with linux? Could you also provide a link if possible to where I could but the one that works best with linux? Thanks a bunch guys, you rock!

I have both and both work just fine.

Worked out of the box with Mandrake.

Just make sure they don't send you the wrong thing. I was shopping on www.pricewatch.com for a ma401... and I got shipped a ma521.... the 401 uses the orinoco chip and the 521 uses the rtl8180L chip... which is the same as the Linksys WPC11 Version 4 card apparently. I got it to work in slack 9.1, and others have in redhat and suse, but it's not the best experience. Just make sure what you order is exactly a 401 and you'll have no worries at all.
