Question Need a good WiFi Auth/Gateway Server

I am seeking to implement a wifi based network on a university campus. we are not yet sure if it will be a free network or paid subscription but it will have control mechanisms.

We are going to have 2 linuxboxes, one acting as a gateway for network related controls and another as an auth server.

So far from research, i have spotted 3 good ones. These are NoCat, WifiDog and Chillispot.

I would want to know wch one is the best and can allow us control over subscribers and customised solutions. and also in terms of flexibility, security, control and features

Thanks
