ndiswrapper install to modprobe success. still problems.

I compiled and installed ndiswrapper 0.12. I installed my drivers and used 'modprobe ndiswrapper' .

It recognized my card and drivers and my AP but I get not connection to the internet. It shows my wlan0 info with both ifconfig and iwconfig. My packets recieved stays at 0.

I've tried changing some settings like managed, ad-hoc modes, using the commit command. Nothing seems to work.

Have you tried setting your card configurations with iwconfig? That is usually what is used to write to the card from a console. You also don't say how you are trying to obtain an IP address from your router. Slackware uses dhcpcd wlan0 to request one or you can assign an IP with ifconfig. If you do this, you'll need to use route to set the default gateway to your router's IP address.
