Ndiswrapper error: Incompatible architecture

I am trying to set up my Athlon64 computer with Mandriva 2006 and trying to get my wireless going. I have the CD with the original driver, but when I try to install it with ndiswrapper, it says: incompatible architecture. I am trying to install a Netgear Wg111 2.0 USB adapter. I am scared that this adapter only has 32 bit drivers and not 64 bit drivers. Has anyone had success with this, or something similar??? Thanks

If your running a distro in x86_64 you have to fine 64 bit drivers to use ndiswrapper with.
