ndiswrapper 1.14 problem

I've installed ndiswrapper succesfully.

ndiswrapper -l shows
bcmwl5 driver installed

I have siemens gigaset pc-card 54 attached to my laptop but there in none hardware present shown.

If I try modeprobe ndiswrapper I get following message:
/lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/misc/ndiswrapper.o: unresolved symbol netif_tx_disable
/lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/misc/ndiswrapper.o: unresolved symbol netif_poll_enable
/lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/misc/ndiswrapper.o: unresolved symbol netif_poll_disable
modeprobe: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/misc/ndiswrapper.o failed
insmod ndiswrapper failed

Can anybody help me please ?
