MS ca root Certificate conversion


Does anyone know how to convert a Microsoft ca.cer(export root ca) file to a PEM or DEM format? I need this in order to be able to use in with WPA_Supplicant and the

ca_cert=

section for authenication PEAP MSCHAPV2 authentication!
