marvell libertas drivers with ndiswrapper-invalid driver

hi all

I am fairly new to linux, had SuSE 10.1 for a while now and have installed a few things, some experience of command line, but not loads.

right. here is the problem:

I go to install my drivers:

Code:
linux-udce:~ # ndiswrapper -i desktop/CB-35P_3_1_1_7_Release/Inf/WinXP_2K/mrv8335.inf
Installing mrv8335
couldn't copy desktop/CB-35P_3_1_1_7_Release/Inf/WinXP_2K/mrv8335.inf at /usr/sbin/ndiswrapper line 135.
linux-udce:~ # ndiswrapper -l
Installed drivers:
mrv8335 invalid driver!
linux-udce:~ #
what do i do now?

any help appreciated
