Hi,
I am trying to configure the Netgear MA111 Wireless USB adapter with RedHat 9. I have updated my system with the latest kernel and have unpacked the linux-wlan-ng package.
When I try to configure linux-wlan-ng, it always chokes on finding the Linux source directory. I think that the source directory is in /usr/src/redhat. This area contains the BUILD, SPECS, SRPMS, etc directories. This is the following output that I get:
Linux source directory [/usr/src/linux]: /usr/src/redhat
Linux source tree /usr/src/redhat is incomplete or missing!
See the HOWTO for a list of FTP sites for current kernel sources.
Configuration failed.
There isn't a HOWTO packaged with linux-wlan-ng, and I'm a newbie at this so I'm not sure what to look for and where to look. :P
It'd be super if any of you could give me some tips on this or on configuring wireless USB adapter with RH9.
Thanks so much,
Adelaide
