mingram55,

Your USB device is an atmel chipset USB adapter, the drivers aren't in the kernel yet... they can be compiled in, no big deal, the info that covers your USB device is:

http://atmelwlandriver.sourceforge.net/usbtable.html

The main page is this one:

http://atmelwlandriver.sourceforge.net/news.html

SynchroFlash,

Linksys has been ticking me off lately, as well as hundreds, maybe thousands of Linux users in claiming that one of their versions of the WUSB11 is actually a prism2 card when it really isn't. The version number is very important.

If its a v2.1 or v2.6 its an atmel chipset, use the same links above. If its a v2.5 its a prism2 chipset and is covered by the www.linux-wlan.net wlan-ng project. Here's the chart link:

http://www.linux-wlan.org/index.html

Here's the link to the download dir:

http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...on=jump&bmid=6

If its a version 2.7 I think its covered, I tracked down info once, post back and I'll look again.

Cheers,

Finegan
