linksys wpc54g on Suse9.3

I just installed suse 9.3 from 9.2, and I have linksys wpc54g (wifi cards and linux, a recipe for disaster). Anyway, I used to be able to use my card with 9.2 by installing the card with yast and ndiswrapper, and telling yast that I was useing the ndiswapper.so module. This worked, and all I had to do when I turned on my pc was dhcpcd wlan0 because the pcmcia module starts after /etc/init.d/network in 9.2. Ok, so installed 9.3, and I tried the same. I have the same setup, except /etc/init.d/network restart doesn't find my card, and when I try dhcpcd wlan0 I get nothing. Any help?

Ok, new problem. I switched to Lindows, didn't like it, so I switched back openSuSE10.0. Now I detect the card, but no matter what it won't configure with dhcp. here:

Code:
linux:/home/petdav # /etc/init.d/network restart
Shutting down network interfaces:
eth0 device: Conexant HCF 56k Modem (rev 08)
    eth0 configuration: eth-id-00:90:96:16:8b:ee done
wlan0 device: Broadcom Corporation BCM4306 802.11b/g Wireless LAN Controller (rev 03) done
Shutting down service network . . . . . . . . . . . . . done.
Hint: you may set mandatory devices in /etc/sysconfig/network/config

    eth0 configuration: eth-id-00:90:96:16:8b:ee
eth0 is controlled by ifplugd done

Setting up service network . . . . . . . . . . . . . . done.

I'm willing to bet it has something to do with wpa_supplicant, because I've never used it before. Anyway, here's what iwconfig gives me:

Code:
linux:/home/petdav # iwconfig
lo no wireless extensions.

sit0 no wireless extensions.

eth0 no wireless extensions.

wlan0 IEEE 802.11g ESSID:off/any

          RTS thr:2347 B Fragment thr:2346 B
          Encryption key:off
          Power Management:off
Link Quality:100/100 Signal level:-88 dBm Noise level:-256 dBm
Rx invalid nwid:0 Rx invalid crypt:0 Rx invalid frag:0
          Tx excessive retries:15 Invalid misc:96368 Missed beacon:0

And here's iwlist:

linux:/home/petdav # iwlist wlan0 ap
wlan0 Interface doesn't have a list of Peers/Access-Points

Let me know what you think.

Thanks,
-Peter
