Unhappy Linksys Card not initialized

I recently installed Red Hat on my laptop and am using a Linksys -B Wireless 2.4 Ghz 802.11b version 4 router.

My main problem is getting the system to recognize my card.Does anyone know how to solve this?
I keep on getting some messages saying my card is not initialized.
