knoppix wireless connection utility

Today I just got to test out my lucent orinoco gold wifi card with knoppix std, it works well under airsnort and kismet, there is a hot spot that I am trying to connect to, but under knoppix there dosen't seem to be a connection utility that I can find. Any suggestions or connection utilities that I may have over looked?

KWiFiManager is a nice choice, if you really want a utility. I don't know if it comes with the latest Knoppix or not.
