KDE/SuSE - Need Network Chooser

I know I've heard of a few options, but none of them have worked for me.

I'm looking for a network chooser program/applet for a laptop running SuSE 10.0. It should have 1-click selections for users (perhaps can be done with sudo).

Please tell me if anything like this exists:

1) Need to choose between a few (4) different wired network profiles and 5 wireless profiles. 1 of the wireless profiles should have automatic discovery of the strongest signal, or a chooser screen to display all available networks.
*** the other wired and wireless all have their own unique hostnames, IP's subnet masks, etc. some are DHCP some are static.

2) Needs to display stats of current connection.

3) Needs to have priorities and connection status checking - i.e. if wired network gets disconnected, will try wireless network A, then wireless network B, etc. then if wired gets reconnected will go back to that.
