is the WG111 a good idea

Hi peops,

I`m looking at buying a new WLAN card and I have been looking at getting a USB Dongle wlan, besically for ease of portability between laptop and PC and its small. I want to use both windows and Linux namely Fedora. I have narrowed it down (I think) to a Netgear product either the

Model WG111 54 Mbps Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter

or the 11MBs version.

now according to the chipset list you have on here the 11mbs version uses the prism 2 chipset. Does anyone now if the 54 version uses the same chipset. Also what is the Antenna like on these things is it as good as a Cardbus, is it possible to add an antenna, or am I better getting something like the Linksys WUSB11.

does anyone have any experience of using these in Linux, any advice?

Thanx

Craig Dunn
