Internet sharing XP -> red hat 7.3

i would like to try the following thing.

i've a wireless adsl router (USR9106) and a wireless PCMCIA card (USR805410). The PCMCIA card is in my notebook, and on the notebook there is running windows XP.

I would like to have internet access on my red had 7.3 true a cross over cable to my windows XP.

Can this be done?
It worked with a USB modem, but now with the wireless card, i can't get it worked.

I've tried allready with building a bridge in windows XP (with the wireless network card and the normal network card) but my bridge doesn't receive an IP from my router if i try that.
