Intermittent Dropout on a Broadcom AirForce One

I am running SuSE 10 on an HP laptop which includes the Broadcom AirForce One adapter. Ndiswrapper made the driver setup easy and configuring the wlan0 device via YaST2 was a breeze, so I thought I was in business. Dhcpcd worked perfectly, I had full internet access, everything was great. For about five minutes. Without warning, the connection just stopped working. A few minutes later, it started working again. There is no warning that this is about to happen, stuff just starts timing out. I have the system set up as a dual boot with WinXP, and everything is working fine there, so the hardware is not the problem. Also, Gentoo had the same problem, so it is not a config issue limited to SuSE.

what is the output of lspci for wireless card
and
where/what driver did you use/get for ndiswrapper

Never mind; the problem seems to have taken care of itself. Thanks, though.

can you tell me which inf file you used, i have the same built in wireless card and have not been able to get it to work properly

I lack sufficient posts to put up the actual link, so all I can tell you is go to HP's website and search for drivers for the Pavilion zv6000. The Broadcom Wireless LAN Driver here is what I used. Use the bcmwl5.inf file.
